Return Policy

At gülsha, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective product, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Products: If your product is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Return Process: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Full amount must be paid in cash to the courier, who will collect the product. Please note that the courier fee is $4.
  3. New Order: After the return is processed, you will need to place a new order for a replacement item.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for non-defective products, and exchanges are not permitted.
